The HGZ type self-alignment welding rotator consists of one idle and one power (motorized) rotator.
The motorized rotator has two motor controlled by one inverter to ensure equal linear speed.
The self-alignment welding rotator can be automatically adjusted as per diameters of vessels to handle different workpiece diameters.
The electric control system consists of the electric control box and remote control pendent. The mainly electric organs are from Siemens and Schneider which are reliable performance. The inverter uses Schneider, which has the characteristics of low-noise, high-precision digital display, overall stability of high anti-jamming capability.
